Rare Winter Tornadoes Cause Widespread Death and Destruction

Tornadoes outside of tornado season can and do occur...But they are more rare and unexpected. Victims in the February 5th and 6th, 2008 storm reported little or no warning as the storms struck late Tuesday and early Wednesday.
