The Fujita Scale
The Fujita scale was developed by Dr. Theodore "Ted" Fujita in the 1970s. The tornado damage scale assigns a rating of F0 to F5 for tornado speed and damage strength. The scale was later updated and is now known as the Enhanced Fujita Scale.
