Ominous Tropical Storm Fay Clouds Produce High Rainfall in Georgia

Rain bands reach as far as the east coast of Georgia August 23, 2008. Even though the storm was still hundreds of miles away, rain drenched the state with more than 26 inches of rain and over 60 miles per hour winds in the span of 6 days.
