Lesson Plans Wanted

I am especially interested in publishing teacher lesson plans on weather that follow the National Standards. If you have a great lesson or idea, please submit it to me for review and possible publication.

F.A.Q.

  1. Q. How long will it take to answer my question on weather?
    A. In most cases, I will answer your questions as quickly as possible. Depending on the number of questions I get in a day, I will sometimes direct you to the forum or other places within the web where you can find the answers.
  2. Q. Will you publish my questions?
    A. Yes! In many cases, I will turn your question into a short article for others all around the world to see!
  3. Q. Can I submit a really good website to you for review and publication?
    A. The high quality standards of the Weather Guide and About.com require my strict review process. Once a website is deemed acceptable, it may be included but not always.
  4. Q. Can I submit a lesson plan for publication?
    A. YES! As a teacher, I love new lesson plans. You will be given full credit as the writer of the lesson. Get published by submitting your teaching ideas today!
  5. Q. Can I send pictures to you for publication?
    A. Yes, but not without telling me first! In order to keep my email safe from attachment viruses, I will need to be informed of the types of pictures you have. In addition, I only want weather pictures that you have personally taken and are willing to give permission to publish solely on About.com and The Weather Guide.
  6. Q. Can I copy an article and use it on my website?
    A. NO! That would not be allowed due to copyright infringement policies, but I am always happy to have links to my pages. If you are not sure how to create a link to my pages, please email me to let me know and I will help you.
  7. Q. What if my topic is not on your site anywhere?
    A. As a new Guide, this site is constantly growing. If you have any weather questions or suggestions at all, I can put these at the top of my "To Do" list.
  8. Q. Will you answer my homework questions?
    A. Well, I will try to point you in the right direction with suggested readings and websites. As a teacher, if I tell you the answers, you will not learn the information as well. Let's remember I am your Guide, and not a shopping center for super-easy homework help. I will always lead you to the answer however!
