First Frost of Season Possible for Southeast Tonight

By October 31, 2012

Follow me on:

Trick-or-treaters in the Southeast will need to keep warm tonight as cold air funneled southward by 'Superstorm Sandy' lingers. The combination of mostly clear skies, diminishing winds, and dry air behind the storm might even bring the first frost of the season to the Carolinas, as well as parts of Georgia and Tennessee. Frost advisories are currently in effect until Thursday morning.
