Hurricane Paloma

Friday November 7, 2008
The 2008 hurricane season is not over yet. Hurricane Paloma is cutting a path through Cuba and could end up being a Category 3 storm. The storm already soaked the Cayman Islands proving even late in the season, your vacation plans could still be disrupted by a powerful hurricane.

Paloma is expected to increase in strength over the next 24-hour period, but vertical wind shear may help to weaken the hurricane over the next several days.
