Mayor Nagin Says 'Come Home New Orleans'

The mandatory evacuation of New Orleans is almost over. As of Wednesday, September 3 at midnight, residents in New Orleans can go home. The low pressure zone of Hurricane Gustav is moving North towards Missouri bringing more rain to the South and Midwest, but the worst dangers are finally over. While the city will not be fully operational for several days, the tragedy of Gustav's predicted intensity were averted...But the 2008 hurricane season is not over. The peak of hurricane season is in September and 2008 was predicted to be an active season. But, can you trust the hurricane season predictions?
